Dress with Beaded Neck and Hemline

Print dress with beading along hem, neck, and sleeves. Threads loose near beading at seam on both sleeves. Perhaps in other spots too, but overall, it's in really good shape. Fun dress for a resort or a cruise, but transitions to office very well too. Very flattering cut. Size 16W Bin 3
