Dress with Blue Pattern and Back Cutout

This blue patterned dress is great for a business event or to wear into the office. The sleeves are closer to 3/4 than full length. The cutout in the back is cute but doesn’t make the dress unprofessional and can easily be covered by a blazer. Please let me know if you have any questions!
