Dress with Front Cut-Out and Leather Appliqué

Pristine! I wore it once! The fabric on top of the cutout is leather. The color of the fabric is for the most part like a heather black. As for the length, I am 5’3” so it is the perfect length for taller ladies. Only reasonable offers will be considered.
