Dress with flare skirt

Excellent used condition dress. It has been only worn a couple of times. It has a plated skirt with some flare and some tulle in the lining to give it some more puff on the skirt. It says it is size L, however it fits more like an XL. It is padded around the chest area. The fabric shows some signs of wear, however it was like that when I purchased (which I purchased as new at store) it but I loved the look of it. It is very comfortable to wear and looks awesome with nude or black heels.
