Dress with multiple floral designs

This floral dress is absolutely stunning. The top has a different black and white design from the bottom, however they both compliment each other. The top has a bow made from the fabric of the bottom and a small cut out in the middle. The back has some ruching on the top. The fabric is light and airy.
