Dress with ruffle neckline and jacquard skirt

Ivory knit top with ruffle neckline and darts at chest. Black jacquard skirt, it has pockets! This is one piece but looks like two. Hidden zipper closure. Great to transition from the office to evening. Discoloration near the tag shown in photo.
