Dress with ruffles

Sassy little dress with grown up ruffles. Love it with a thick brown belt, tights and boots. Just a fun dress! Elastic waist, single button at the back of the neck, cap sleeves. Wear it with a short slip for work. Hits mid thigh and I am 5 4”. Fits like a size 4.
