Dress with tassel ties and silver stamped embellishments

This tiered dress is 100% cotton and made in India. The label is large, but the ruched top is snug, fits size 2-6 I would say. The tassels have silver thread and there is a beautiful shimmery silver floral motif stamped all over the navy fabric. Good used condition
