This is a super fun, stretchy, machine-washable semi-formal dress. The panels are very flattering, and the skirt has a nice flare, making this a great dance dress. The neckline is a kind of rounded square, and the back is medium-low. Listed as Size 4, but I typically wear a 0, and it isn't huge on me.
