Cute flirty skirt, appears to be a pencil skirt but has wide pleats around the bottom that flounce. Side hook and eye/zip closure. Gently worn, Excellent condition. Knee length, slightly stretchy. Waist 17.5” stretches to 18” Length 22.5”
