The shoulder pads can be removed. They are sewn only by one piece of loose thread in 3 places which is barely holding them in. Please let me know if you have any further questions. Thanks,

Hi Emily, I’m sorry but this shirt will not fit me. I would be more than happy to if it fit but I will tell you that it runs a little smaller. I normally wear a 8 or a M in a top & this fits tight on me& the inner snap doesn’t snap. I can pull around but I can’t snap it. Hope that helps.
