could you list the waist and hip measurements. I am a little thick in the hips and I don't want it to be too tight. thank you

@youngbdp yes. the waist is about 14" laying flat. The hip area is about 18" laying flat.
My hips measure about 36 1/2" and the skirt fits snug on my hips.
It is stretchy material.
