Black and white short sleeve v-neck blouse by Dressbarn. Material is sheer, super lightweight and silky, but not shiny. Fluttery style sleeves and bottom hem. There are buttons all the way down the front. Trimmed with black soft lace (not the scratchy kind). Very good pre-owned condition. No rips, holes, or stains. There are a few flaws in the fabric that cause straight lines of the opposite color, but they are not very noticeable due to the lively design of the material.
