A lovely Dressed Up by Gymboree Striped shimmer ribbon party dress in baby pink, white, mint green and fuchsia. Nice obi-belt style ribbon runs across a baby doll waist sinched with a laterally places formal bow. Dress is lined inside with a cool white fabric. Another petticoat gives skirt lift and drama.
