Dress/one piece skirt&shirt

Super cute dress for going out or for a special occasion. I've never wore it. I loved it and bought it awhile ago without trying it on. It was too tight on me and I waited too long to return it. It's black and tan with a lace floral print, the top is a black spaghetti strap with a black flowy layer over. The skirt may be too short for some people.
