Dress/romper.

Women’s dressy romper. It looks like a dress, but it’s actually shorts. Black in color. This was purchased at Francesca’s. Tag says it large. It will fit a Sz-10 comfortably. Will not fit any bigger than a 10. I have included a picture of what it looks like on. Worn one time.
