Dress/swimsuit cover up

Can be worn as dress if you are super petite, but otherwise would be a great swim suit cover up. To be honest, it shrunk in the wash down to a small, and the length shortened 2-3 inches. I’m 5’9” so i cant even wear it as a cover up, but for someone a little shorter it would be absolutely perfect! Light and slightly stretchy material. Only worn once!
