Gorgeous floral bell sleeve top from INC! This is too big for me *sad face*. No flaws that I can see. The colors are white, black, pink and green. Bust: 21” flat. Sleeve length: approx. 15.25”. Shoulder to hem (front): 21-22”. Shoulder to hem (back): 27.5” at longest part. Waist: little over 21” flat.
