Dressy Black Skirt with Small Pleats and Lining

Nice, basic black skirt to dress up or dress down. Is NWOT. Size 16. Skirt length is 25". Back zip opening with a hook and eye closure on a skinny waistband. 100% polyester. Machine wash cold, gentle cycle with like colors. Only non-chlorine bleach when needed. Tumble dry low. Remove promptly. Iron on lowest setting as needed.
