This dressy brown skirt with underlay was purchased for a wedding occasion. I didn’t attend, so I was glad I had not cut off the original tag. It is fully lined but I had planned to cut off the netting that has a polkadot look. – – not my vibe. It is below the knee and has a dropped waistband and a rather wide waist at 15” for a size 4.
