Dressy Embellished Black Blouse

This is a dressy black blouse embellished with small pieces of chain. It has a longer cap sleeve with approx. 2" little chains hanging down. The material is very soft and made of 95% polyester and 5% spandex, machine wash cold with like colors on gentle cycle. Lay flat to dry. NWOT never worn. This blouse fits like a 2X not a 3X I believe this was a mistake.
