Dressy Glitter Sparkle Tank Top M/L Blouse Ribbed Satin Trim Empire Sweetheart

Glitter threading, or something in the ribbed fabric of this top gives it a light shimmery metallic sparkle against the light and it's very pretty. Front empire waist with sweetheart neckline. Loose fit in the back. Empire waist trim, straps, and trim along the bust are a wide satin ribbon. Size is marked a 1X, but even if that's a junior size, it appears to run small. I've measured it in many different ways, and I'm convinced this will fit a medium, maybe a medium/large, best. It measures about 17 to 18" armpit to armpit, but difficult to measure with the sweetheart bustline and the fact that the fabric is stretchy. Stretched out, the measurement is up to 19". The empire ribbon under the bust is about 17", so I think my sizing is about right according to my size chart (pictured). The length is approximately 29". It is brand new without tags.
