Dressy Romper - it’s shorts that pass as formal!

This romper has a very flattering plunging neckline, but is so comfortable for formal events. The waist sash could be tied several different ways. I wore it really baggy and then cinched at the waist. It’s a size 12 UK, but I usually wear a 6 or 8.
