@sherry4154 hi, Sherry! This is one of my favorite brands from Belk! Kasie Blue uses quality material and I’ve never had anything “wear out” from them. I have never taken measurements before but I just looked up how to do it. 😅 forgive my ignorance. I believe the waist is 40 inches and the Hips are 48. Keep in mind there’s an elastic waist in the back.
