Dressy Tank Top or Dress

Dressy Tank Top or Dress!!! This Top is longer in length, so if you are shorter, you could use this as a dress!!! It runs big. Marked "M", but I usually wear an "XL".. Black body, with red lace detailing along edge and band in center under bust.. The strip of lace under bust is able to be seen thru (see picture). There is a nice texture on the black (see picture). This material is a little more on the sheer side, but not a thin material.
