Dressy black scalloped-edge shorts

Super cute dressy black shorts from Dry Goods (branch of Von Maur). Perfect for a dressy or casual summer outfit! Only worn once, note small mark on front seam. I think it would come out with being washed, but its also very hard to notice in natural light. I have these same shorts also listed in white! They are lined and very comfy.
