14. Dressy black velvet tuxedo style top with sheer long sleeves, and satin collar. The garment has a button-in dickey, shoulder pads (can be removed), and fancy faux jet buttons. Small buttons at end of each sleeve and 1larger button to close the garment. Two extra buttons included. Made by R&K Evening, used, vintage 2000s, Size approximately medium (no size tag).
