Dressy dress. 2 tiered fully lined dress with flutter 2 tiered sleeves and hem.

This is a lovely, very feminine size 12 petite dress. The white splatters throughout offset the stunning sky blue color. The cowl neckline in the front begs for drapey pearls, a white hat and bag. This 100 percent polyester shell and lining can be cold water washed and would be admired for it's flattering shape and drape. If you noticed the matching shoes, they complete the ensemble and are available as well in my shoe category. This dress was worn only once for a special occasion and is shipped with the original plastic bag.
