Pretty top with lace back and belle sleeves that fall above wrist. Sleeve ends are detailed with ribbon and balls. Neckline is elastic with tie string. Pit to pit is 22” and curved hem at longest is 30”. Sleeve length is 22”, including balls. Could be worn off shoulder and top with the elastic. . 100% rayon. Nice top
