Dressy lace overlayed blouse

Really pretty evening blouse. I bought it for my son's wedding, then decided on a long gown. The poly/cotton base top is soft & very comfortable. The blue lace overlay just makes it so elegant. This is new with tags, never worn. Make it yours! I think it can be worn any season, paired with a lovely blue skirt, or dressy pants.
