Cute flowy shorts romper. Upper part is a stretchy ruched material as well at the arms. The sleeves have an elastic cuff on both sides so you’re able to do an off the shoulder look if you would like. This was purchased at a boutique and never worn. There aren’t any other tags besides the brand.
