Vintage dressy skirt in MINT condition w/ "satin-like" under layer (probably polyester) and beautiful burst of sequins on a sheer mesh overlay; has a 1 1/4-inch VERY stretchy waistband, black, Sz S (No tags, so description of material/size are best guess) Waist - 20" (will stretch!)
