Dressy white/offwhite tunic top!

Super cute dressy top. Very gently worn 1-2 times. Silky-feel collar area. The rest of the garment is sheer, but lined for better coverage. It even has pockets! The hem is flouncy, and slightly stretchy. Measurements are approximate & taken with garment lying flat (so double it for the circumference for bust and waist)- Bust (18 in), Waist (21inches), Shoulder to hem ( 28-29 in). 100% polyester. Hand wash cold. Hang to dry.
