Dries van noten fringe velvet platform

Luxe velvet covered solid chunky-heeled sandals. Black plush velvet, with a gold/brown fringed trim. Flattering strap across the vamp. Italian size 40, fits like a US 9. Great condition, as shown, bottoms are lightly scuffed. I only wore them once.
