If worn this way, the hips are free. 👗 no stains or holes 👗 missing the first button on hips as pictured. 👗the neck wrists, and hips all close with covered buttons. All measurements are taken flat. Thus garment has no stretch. Neck: 12" Bust: 20.5 Waist: 11" Hips: 14.5 Length: 44" (from top of shoulder) Model Measurements: 34" bust 27" waist 36" hip 5'5" tall. This dress is much too small on model when worn as it is supposed to be worn (drop waisted). When the hip band is worn on the waist it is big.
