Drop waist gingham black and white dress

I bought this in a boutique in Montreal and it’s perfect for cold weather. The tag says small. I wear between a size 4 and 6 in dresses and it fits me. My hips are 38”. Necklace not included. There’s a slight pull on the seam under one arm, as shown, so it’s priced accordingly. It’s an easy fix.
