Drop-waist rose print shift dress

Crew-neck, short-sleeve dress--loose all the way down with a drop waist, flounce hem, and zip-back closure. Black background is covered with oversized off-white and grey roses. Could be styled as a pinafore with a black blouse or turtleneck underneath. Only worn once, poly blend. PLEASE NOTE — I only package and mail items once a week.
