qdobalover here this is instructions straight from the website for a refill but you could just take a picture Step 1: Remove the cap and unscrew the pump. Step 2: Remove and recycle empty inner jar. Step 3: Insert new refill pod into outer jar and remove film seal. Step 4: Immediately screw pump back on tightly.
