Dry rotted shoes, sold as brand new!

After I receive a few pair of shoes I bought, I will be closing down my Poshmark account!! I got totally ripped off when I tried to return this pair of shoes! They were advertised as brand new, I tried them on, walked around in my HOUSE for 5-10 minutes and this is what they looked like!! Completely falling apart from dry rot! But my return got denied and the claim was that I altered them and that I damaged and wore them!!! SERIOUSLY??? Horrible business and terrible customer service for someone who got ruined shoes!!!
