Dublin Breeches

They are quite sunfaded from many summers riding outside in tall boots but otherwise have no real flaws. The ankles have velcro so no fighting to fit your foot through. The tag says 24R but these barely fit me and I wear a 22. So I have added photos with measurements. For reference I wore these over fifteen years ago in middle school. So they would probably fit a junior rider.
