In new condition with no flaws. Clean and ready to wear. I did re-measure after drying and they are still 30” inseam and waist laying flat is 22.5” and stretches to 24.5”, rise is 12” and leg opening at bottom is 9.5” What we like about these in my household is they are working man worthy but also go out with a nice shirt ready.
