I am the opposite. While listed as a stretch fabric, it is not the same type as some stretchy skinny jeans. The top may fit snug if not within the listed measurements for the item size. Please note that the waist straps are also the shoulder straps, which thread through holes on the side. It is NOT a removable belt. Very good used condition. Worn a handful of times, but in a casual context, not as work wear.
