Dunnes Smocked Black Dress Size 4

This dress is from Dunnes (it’s an Irish department store). Tags still on and never worn. It’s a size 4 but it runs big. The sleeves are puffed and have a laser cut pattern. The body of the dress is smocked and the skirt has panels of fabric.
