beatricealcala Hello Sam, Sorry it took me a bit to get back to you. I measured and they are exactly 1ft tall. When I bought them I should have ordered a 7 1/2 and I did it on line. And took to long to get back to the company. They only allowed 30 days for returns. So they have been in the box since Oct 2012. They ve never been worn so there are no scuffs and no wear and tear on the bottom. I love them but they are just a little to small for me.

beatricealcala I wear a size 7 and these didn't fit, these actually ran small. I was surprised, but because of the wrinkle in the middle or fold they are smaller. I think they would work out great.
