@leahyemily51 shoulder to shoulder is measuring right at the seam across the chest 20 inches. The manikin that I put it on measures at 14 inches when it lays down on the shoulders. unfortunately there is no tag to show a brand name on the product. There is not one sewn in I got it on a girls trip in Houston Texas.
