@itspearlhere while I'm not exactly sure what flat measurements you're looking for, I wear a 42F, sz14 waist, sz18 hips, 5'5". This fit well in all areas, not too tight in the arms or chest, and was still flowy enough in the tummy which is where I hold my weight. Lengthwise, it fit to mid-shin so not a true maxi, but not really a midi. Sort of an odd length. Hope this helps.
