Dusty navy lightweight flowy scoop neck summery blouse

I would describe this color as dusty navy. It's polyester, but is very silky and flowy, thin and lightweight like chiffon. Wide scoop neck, and the back also scoops generously. Double ruched fringe midway down, and collar is elastic and ruched. Ribbon at front center, with delicate silver birds on the ends. The tag says it's size 6, although it's quite wide and roomy, and I think would easily fit a size 8 or 10. On a size 6 person, it will be quite low-cut. I'm going to list it as a size 8.
