Vintage tie neck blouse top from Dynasty-circa 1980s.Its in excellent condition in about a size S to M~marked a size 8~please see measurements below. Boxy,loose 80s fit. Blouse has long sleeves and buttons down the front.The neck sports a long tie that is removeable .Yoked front and back shoulder . Fabric is a semi-sheer georgette Poly .
