Hi! how long ago you got it and from where? Can you please post a picture of the side that has the serial number as well as other info. A video that shows that the battery charges all the way with the green light. Do you have the original receipt? Is it refurbish? Thank you very much!

Sorry for asking I bought a Corrale here and had the same battery problems as when mine started to not hold the charge so now I make sure to not end up with the same problem.Mine started with the battery not charging to the top but almost and no green light.(Please do not feel offended at this point I thought it was in great condition)It took a while to notice that it was not holding the charge then stopped working.Also important how is long ago you got it to see if stills under the warranty.
