dazzzzleme @kimnguyen982 Ive had this for about a year now. Item has been registered with Dyson. Im not sure if its still under warranty after a year. No damages, just slight scratches on exterior, shown in last 2 photos.

barnam If you got it a year ago from Dyson it has a year a year under warranty, can you let me know when you got it please.Can you please post a picture of the side that has the serial number as well as other info. A video that shows that the battery charges all the way with the green light. Do you have the original receipt? Is it refurbish? Thank you very much!
